Saint Thomas More’s timeless witness of Courage, Prudence, and heroic self-sacrifice continues to inspire generations of Catholics and non-Catholics. The entire More family, as well, provides an example of love and grace to families today. In spite of Henry VIII’s moral fall, Thomas, as his friend, still works tirelessly to bring him back to the truth - even at the cost of his own life.
This series contains moments of intensity and suspense. There are mentions of divorce and infidelity throughout, along with arguments and raised voices. This series also contains mentions of death by beheading and ends with a suggestion of a martyrdom.
