Nicholas Owen
A Craftsman Guided by God’s Hand
Oxford, 1583. Under the oppressive rule of Queen Elizabeth I, English Catholics are worried: priests are being sent to Europe for protection. And young men entering the priesthood must leave England or face death. As one Catholic family of master craftsmen prepares to say goodbye to two of their sons, the third has suddenly gone missing. Why is he hiding? And where can he be? This is the story of Nicholas Owen.
